I have been married to my husband for 8 years. His name is Charles Sims a lot of people called him Chuck. My name is Kara Sims. We have 4 beautiful children- 2 of which are twins. There names are Colton, Kassandra, and Kaitlin and Courtney. Colton is 7 years old. Kassandra and Kaitlin is 3 years old. Courtney was just born. I am a stay home mom with the children. We live in Truro, Iowa for almost 4 years. I am also hearing impaired all my life. My children loves Winnie The Pooh.
