The Muse Cafe
Influences: Warp, Relapse, Ninja Tune, squarepusher, red snapper, the live jungle/drumNbass/glitch/
IDM/drillNbass/breakcore scene, Jungle Bop, Freespazz, progressive artists and bands that have the ability to filter through all the meaningless banter of established scenes, to realize that the true message they have within them is necessary, vital, and relevant to the music world around them...may they be courageous to make a move and be what they truly ARE,
and do something about that darn noise in their head...
Sounds Like: Junglebop, freespazz, junglejazzcore, punkjungle, flexSPAZflounderfishCryBadmoveTither,
modern jazz, coltrane if he lived to dig jungle, spedup james brown minus the vocals and bebop arrangements, jaco pastorius if he lived past a drunken stupor, squarepusher if he had the balls to ACTUALLY get a reallive drummer that could play those traps (well aware of "Music is Rotted One Note"), Red Snapper with their amp to eleven and enough of this smooth ass liquid stuff (no offense, i love them dearly!), modern jazz breakbeat, a runaway train blowing swiftly through city subways, demolishing all in its path...musically speaking of course!
