About Me

Greetings from Lexington, Kentucky, horse capital of the world. Pull up a chair, kick back, and stay as long as you like. What shall we talk about? Let's start with me...
I am single, cynical, self-centered, and opinionated. And for each I am unapologetic. I do not suffer fools gladly. I do enjoy witty humor and prefer to be around those who understand and appreciate simple pleasures and those who demand to live the good life. I believe ignorance and inaction are a clear and present danger. I can be your best friend or your worst enemy, the choice is up to you. Few things ignite my passion more than politics. If we stand idly by and allow the elitists to continue to mislead and malign, the American Dream will not be there for future generations to explore and enjoy. I grow smarter and dumber with each passing day. And I do not plan to go out without a fight. Apathy is appalling. I will be there for you but will not do for you what you should be willing to do for yourself. I will stand beside you even if that means standing alone. All I ask in return is that you do what you can, when you can, when you should.
Personality profile "trait snapshot": secretive, organized, clean, rarely worries, solitary, high self control, dislikes large parties, prefers organized to unpredictable, prudent, observer, tough, self reliant, very good at saving money, introverted, perfectionist, mind over heart, not controlling of others, hard working, confident, resolute, solitary, does not make friends easily, finisher, does not like to stand out, very practical, intellectual, unsympathetic at times, honest, respects authority, follows the rules, cautious
According to recent testing, my "Intellectual Type" is Word Warrior. This supposedly means that I have exceptional verbal skills. I can easily make sense of complex issues and take an unusually creative approach to solving problems. My strengths also make me a "visionary." Even without trying I'm able to come up with lots of new and creative ideas. You've been warned...

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Trash... Or is that redundant?

"What is the matter with you?" That's what I found myself yelling at someone this past Sunday morning at a local fast food restaurant as the ill-mannered moron threw her trash out of the passeng...
