I've met most of them, mainly, they are awesome!
I like it!
Hellraiser, Clive Barker is such a visionary...and I have an unnatural lust for Pinhead! Oh to be a cenobite! Return of the Living Dead 3; Sexy modded zombie chicks...what more could I want from a film? Susperia, Terror at the Opera, Don't Torture a Duckling, Bird with the Crystal Plumage, Tenebre. Anything by Argento is just fine by me! Scarlet Diva, The Heart is Deceitful above all Things, as you can see my Argento fixation continues through him to the excellent talent of his beautiful daughter, Asia. Withnail and I, a cult classic, I worship this film, the acting is out of this world, the script and plot are completely flawless, this is my absolute favourite non-horror title of all time. Labyrinth and The Dark Crystal....general greatness...and David Bowie is very tight jodpurs! YUM! Hammer Horror, even the cheesey overdone, hammily acted ones! Anything by Tim Burton, Edward Scissorhands, Ed Wood, Nightmare before Christmas, Big Fish, to my mind he is one of the greatest directors of our time! Other films I like but can't be bothered to do a mini review of include, Blade, House of 1000 Corpses, The Devil's Rejects, Videodrome, Alexander, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (the original trippy one but I can be persuaded into watching the new one, only to perv on Johnny Depp and Christopher Lee)Empire Records, Mallrats, Clerks, Dogma, Chasing Amy, Braindead, Dawn of the Dead, Night of the Living Dead, Day of the Dead, Donnie Darko, Preaching to the Perverted, Razor Blade Smile, Cradle of Fear, Pervirella, Tattoo, Sin City, Evil Dead, Shaun of the Dead, The Firm, Lock Stock and two Smoking Barrels, Layer Cake, Snatch, Gangster Number 1 and Dracula. Nightmare on Elmstreet, Friday 13th, Dead Man's Shoes, OldBoy, Silent Hill, Amilie, Pans Labyrinth, Modify. If anyone wants to reccomend any films to me, I'll gladly search them out, I'm always interested to keep up with what is going on in the film world.
I've just moved into a house with a TV...it's not encroached on my life too much so far...I have been watching a bit of Top Gear...ahem.
Haruki Murakami. He is amazing... Poetry, Romantic poetry especially Shelley, Byron, Beaudelaire I am also in love with the works of Keats but my main passion is for Walter De La Mere.
