The Hollywood Hound Dogs

Hey there Cool Cats!
The Hound Dogs have been playing together for two years now.
Prior to its formation, CATFISH and MICHAEL RECENDEZ have been playing around at local blues jams all around the Southland. The have played at clubs like, THE BLUE CAFE, CLANCY'S, COZY’S, THE LITTLE RED ROOSTER, and BABE’S & RICK’S. These young men have been playing together for 7 years now.
CATFISH and MIKEY’S style matches the late great duo of Junior Wells and Buddy Guy. Some of the band’s other influences are Paul Butterfield, Freddy King, Little Walter, James Harman and Rod Piazza
The band, respects the classics and yet maintains the quality of a true musicianship. With he help of TONY WYCOFF on drums and JERRY CHAMPION on bass, the band knows how to rock the house. For a good time, be sure to check out this Great little band from Los Angeles!
