About Me

Black Bear Music was formed in 2002 to provide a venue for regional artists to record, produce, market, and manage their musical talents. We provide in-studio recording, mixing and mastering services; on-site recording; production services; artist management; sound reinforcement; show management, and much more.
Whether you want to record a DEMO or work on a full length album, we have the facility, equipment and experience to make it happen. We operate on the PRO TOOLS platform in studio and can also record live and on-site for those special gigs. No job is too small, no venue too big. If it's important to you - it's important to us.
The business is owned and operated by Brian Bosarge, a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (GRAMMY Organization). He has a Master's degree in Business, professional training in PRO TOOLS, and experience with a variety of styles and genres including Rock, Rap, Christian/Gospel, Latin, Blues, Blue Grass, Country, and others.
And now we're going global with the rest of the world in our distribution network. Be sure to show a little love to the folks that make it all possible.

My Interests

Music:

Band Website: www.blackbearmusic.com
Band Members: Brian Bosarge
Influences: My musical influences have classic rock roots with Lynyrd Skynyrd, ZZ Top, Bad Company, Molly Hatchet, 38 Special and the like, but gravitate to a more subdued style including jazz and blues from artists like Robert Cray and Stevie Ray Vaughan. There isn't any one type of music that moves me but good classic rock has a stronghold.

I spend a lot of time with Rockers and Alternative bands in the Atlanta music scene and I know the hard work it takes to for those guys to keep it going, so I am really a rocker deep down in my heart and soul.
Sounds Like: I don't really sound like anybody, but I'll make you sound like a million bucks.

By the way, we are soon going GLOBAL in our distribution network through iTunes, Amazon.com, BestBuy, Napster, eMusic.com, and a host of others. I'll be updating the site soon with links to all of the activity.
