Born in Alamogordo, New Mexico in 1965 and then moving to Guymon Oklahoma in 1971 Glenn started singing and playing the guitar at the age of 7. His love of Country music was inspire by Merle Haggard, Chet Atkins and Jerry Reed. By the time he was in his teens he was touring the midwest in a band that Glenn and a friend started called "Kountry Kickers". A very popular band that played at numerous venues, rodeos and fairs.
In 1986 he joined the Army and was stationed at Fort Campbell, Ky. with B Co. 159th Avn. Bn. as a flight engineer on Chinooks. After serving for nearly 6 years ,including a tour in Korea and Desert Storm, Glenn got out of the Army and spent the next few years driving truck. Then in 1996 Glenn re-enlisted and was stationed at Fort Sill, OK. with C Btry 5/3 FA as section chief in a rocket launcher (MLRS). After serving another 4 years and unable to get back into Chinooks Glenn got out as an SGT E-5(P).
Glenn moved to Idaho in 1999 where he worked as a diesel mechanic and truck driver. He met his wife Shawn in 2003 and together these two Armed Forces Veterans formed "Stonecreek Productions".
Shawn was born in 1964 in LaMesa, CA. and moved to Oregon in 1971. With an early interest in music influenced by Dolly Parton and Olivia Newton-John. She went on to play several instruments and sang/played at numerous venues including Disneyland. She was offered a music scholarship, but instead decided to join the Navy, "to see the world". She spent 4 years active duty then 10 years in the reserves as an HT on Nuclear Fast Attack Subs. After serving in the Navy she currently works as a Postmaster for the US Postal Service in Troy, ID.
With the forming of Stonecreek Productions, Glenn and Shawn have continued their love for country music. Both singer/songwriters, they write and produce demos of their music in their home studio.
The Stonecreek Band is currently in the works. The smallest members are currently learning to play instruments and sing. Jesse (11) has an interest in sound engineering and drums. Josilyn (9) is learning to play keyboard and sing, along with writing a few songs. Jasmin (7) has taken drum lessons but now wants to play guitar and sing. Jasmin was a guest singer at the 2008 Fireworks Show on the 4th of July in Clarkston, Wa. Shawn plays rhythm, bass guitar and backup vocals. Glenn plays lead, rhythm, bass guitar, and vocals. Members of Nashville Songwriters Association International, BMI, and CMA, Glenn and Shawn spend as much time as possible in Nashville networking and at songwriter functions.
