..I have learned quite a bit in my life and the one thing that sticks is live today and not worry about tomorrow, because tomorrow will come soon enough. I leave my baggage at the door and come in with a new awareness and understanding of what not to expect but too see things as they are and not question the moment. My time on earth may be brief but I will live it the the fullest with my family and friends and enjoy the finer things in life.Many times I think about my life and where I'm going and through the rough times that I've had I have always managed to think positive even though it can be hard at times.When I was in my twenties I traveled to Europe and saw how other people in other countries lives and their views on Americans. In certain countries we are regared as rude and self involved,while in others we are seen as laid back and naive since too most of the world America is still considered a young country.But going to Europe I learned how to appreciate being an American we have it so much better than most. Now that I know that part of my ancestry comes from Europe I feel more connected.I've gone through many transitions and stillI feel that I have not found my place in this world. though I have a great job and both my parents are still alive and pushing ahead into their late seventies and three brothers that I love and respect very much and a whole slew of Aunts, uncles, & cousins, I feel like my life here on this Planet earth is always just beginning. I have a lot to offer still with more learning to do. Having a purpose and desire to be the man that I need to be comes from within me and know onw else can do it for me.My life is full of wonder and obstacles that I know that with God on my side I can brave through anything and come out on top and look back at my life and be proudWhat Michael Means
