matthew has started reading a lot of books in the van. he's also developed one of our generation's most epic beards, and it's only getting better.
joe loves to drive, so most of what he reads are highway signs. he is growing his hair out for locks of love, and cant' wait for it to be super-long!
chris has been a great friend and, once, roommate for the last few years. he is a new addition, adding a baby-faced freshness to the group.
sometimes, rence plays bass and trumpet with us. hopefully, he'll be able to tour with us very soon and it will ROCK!

borne from a late-night jam in a dormitory lounge in late 2004, matt and joe z! started building a friendship. the funny thing about it is that nothing really came of it musically for a good while. eventually, joe wrote a song and played it for matt. before joe even finished playing the song, matt had developed a lead guitar line to it, and was even meddling with a vocal harmony. at that point, they agreed to start making music.
in the fall of 2007, they decided to try touring the following spring after graduation. joe bought a van named clifford, and they set off in june 2008. since then, they've met more amazing stories, benevolent people, and have experienced a truly privileged life. touring has afforded them the opportunity to see the country as very few people have...and it's only the beginning! with the addition of their bro chris on the drums, they'll be hitting the road full-band for as long as it works!
we are touring all around the country for as long as we can and want to play EVERYWHERE, so tell us where to come play! p.s.--thank you all so much for being a part of our lives. there's no way we would get to do this as much as we do without all of your love and support and that's an understated truth without a doubt.
