About Me

I like sensations. Scents of woodsmoke and wildflowers, puppy breath, cow manure (at least a week old, not the fresh stuff). Colors of jewels (red is my fav, but any pure jewel tone), the dark green of a forest, the red dirt of Africa, the turquoise colors of the Carribbean. I don't like to wear shoes, preferring only to feel the earth beneath my feet. Sights of jagged snow-capped mountains, the diamonds that glitter in the snow. I am a vegan chocoholic and fruit-arian. I could easily live off only coconut water and tropical fruits. I have survived a house fire, malaria and typhus, the rapids of the Zambezi River, bathing nude outside in the arctic in -10 degree Farenheit, skydiving, and sharing a bathroom with my twin sister. I love backpacking, hiking, snorkelling, curling up with a good novel, green tea, my mother's hands and my father's smile. One day I plan to learn mountaineering, do research in Antarctica, live in a mud hut in Africa, have a horse I will name Nikita, and see a Black Mamba in the wild. I believe animals are the most important and good parts of this world and that nature is everything pure and beautiful. I am good and bad, but always and proudly, me.http://andreakuchy.tripod.com

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Anyone with a passion for life, animals, and Earth. Open-mindededness a requirement, and a desire for experiencing the world and making a difference. I like optimistic, sarcastic (not cruel) people who can walk that fine line between taking things serious but not taking themselves too serious.

Science, is it justifiable?

Only 3 days left here at PETA. I am a bit sad but too excited by my trip to Thailand in 9 days. Found out today that NSF funds animal tests. Not too happy about this news. But as Ingrid said, take...
