About Me

Founded in 1961, I have proven myself as an outstanding institution of education. I have a respected staff who cares about every student as if he or she were their own. I have built myself on a strong foundation of pride and I will undoubtedly continue this tradition of excellence. The truth is that I used to be one of the worst schools on Long Island with the worst football team, worst food, a crappy staff, cramped hallways full of kids in numerous states of social retardation, and my parking wasn't so hot either. Now, however, the state is spending 93 million dollars on me so that I grow HUGE and am the best high school ever. Look no further than me if you want to find shallow, stuck-up kids who feel the need to make everyone think that they grew up in Harlem, while driving around in their parent's BMW's. I have a killer music program and a great baseball team and while my kickline is a bit flabby, my cheerleaders are totally hot. Kids who graduate from me mostly end up at Suffolk Community College, and never leave my district, and that's just fine with me. If you think there's anything else I should write here to describe myself, let me know!

My Interests

T-Birds football, school musicals, kids on cell phones all day, cliques and social circles, 'the stage crew kids', JAP-py girls who dress like they are at a dance club, 'ghetto' kids who have rich parents, $93 million bonds, that hot Spanish teacher, hall passes, the red canoe that you can float around in when you use the pool.

I'd like to meet:

All my alumni, my current students, and anyone else who has fond memories of strolling through my halls (with a pass, of course.) Add me! First name is Connetquot and last name is High School.

Music:

All the lovely Connetquot bands that've walked through my halls in years gone by...90 Proof, Loose Change, the Rapture, Nostalgia, Frequency, Seconds to Sundown, My Big New Pants, Sidicious Libel, Product of the Many, Dismantled, Cast in Shadow, the Radio Spirit, Grandma's Little Boys, Marching Band, Showchoir, Jazz Band, Concert Band, Noel Raman of American Idol fame...though it would seem that hardcore is trendy now here at Connetquot and I love seeing the little scenesters with their cute hats and pants.

Movies:

Anything starring Moira Kelly!

Television:

Degrassi, 21 Jump Street, that episode of Oprah that with Mark Summers that Ms. Serber shows her class, News 12 Long Island

Books:

The free agenda book that the faculty hand out every year, of course.

Heroes:

The Guidance Counselers...those guys are great.
