Positive, articulate, sophisticated, and motivated people. You can never have enough positive people around you who have REAL goals in life and take the initiative to make things happen rather than wait for it.

Books:

Leadership And Self-Deception, Mastering The Rockefeller Habits, The Secret, and anything interesting to me. I tend to fall asleep quickly if it bores me.

Heroes:

God, the man above who's blessed me with everything I am and have. My parents... they've always been selfless about everything and I look up to them for that. They taught me values like respect, importance of family, and working for what you have. They kept me well grounded and showed me that it's the little things in life that matter. I hope to be blessed with the kind of marriage they have one day cause I value the sanctity of marriage and the vows you make so I'm only doing it once and when I do, it's for better or worse, richer or poor, 'til death do us part.
