Lord of the Rings series; best movies ever made. Star Wars has probably been the biggest influence in my childhood life. Indiana Jones never ceases to amaze me. Kill Bill is just awesome. Anything made by Steven Spielberg Precious Roy Films (check it out at www.preciousroy.com)Comdies: Tommy Boy, Rat Race, Baseketball, Kentucky Fried Movie.Incredible Thought-Provoking Films: Dead Poet's Society, Scent of a Woman, A Beautiful Mind, Saving Private Ryan, The Last Samuri, I Am Sam, Gladiator, Good Will Hunting, The Green Mile, Hotel Rwanda, The Pianist, Flags of Our Fathers.Others Movies that just miss my top list: Catch a fire, Schindler's List, Cider house rules, Godfellas.
I still hold The Simpsons to be the best show on television. Arrested Development is also a very accomplished comedy. ESPN in the morning and any Yankees game on.
I read The Lord of the Rings series every year. Hitchhiker's Guide to the Glaxy Series is absolute genius. Good Omens is equally hysterical. The Dna Brown novels The DaVinci Code and Angels and Demons are nothing short of incredible. Stephen King's "Gunslinger" novels are his best works. One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest and Catch 22 are pretty sweet.
Gary Scarpa, the most inspirational and influential man I've ever known. My Aunt Beth who has been a guide throughout my entire childhood and continues to guide me through her memory. Nathan Lane and Mathew Brodrick who took my Aunt Beth to The Producers a week before she died of cancer.
