Greetings friends and family. As we approach the FIFTH annual Beav Siege as we all imagined this family reunion has grown exponentially. With such evolution comes the need for the application of certain rules and guidelines to ensure this gathering is a happy and healthy experience for everyone. This year we have compiled a list of ways and means that I ask everyone in attendance read and follow. It goes like this...
*** THIS YEAR BEAV SIEGE IS OFFICIALLY INVITE ONLY. WE HAVE BEEN FORCED TO CAP THE ATTENDANCE BECAUSE OF THE IMPACT ON THE LAND. WE WOULD LOVE TO PRESERVE THIS BEAUTIFUL PLACE THEREFORE WE ARE FORCED TO LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF VISITORS.
• The Beav Siege is a family party thrown on private property. Therefore everyone must recognize and respect the customary behavior expected of them as guests on this sacred piece of land.
• $ 30 dollars a head suggested donation will be collected at the gate to cover maintenance costs (toilets, sound, security,clean up).
• NO UNDERAGE DRINKING. Underage kids must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
• Absolutely ZERO tolerance will be accepted for violence or even a little bit of a bad vibe. So keep your friends in check. Security will be present.
• Those of you attending the Beav Siege for the first time must be invited by a sponsor that is known by the Beav Siege family. By inviting a new comer, that sponsor accepts full responsibility of your actions, as you are their guest on our property. Unwanted or unwelcome behavior will result in not only you being asked to leave, but your sponsor as well.
• Breakfast and dinner will be provided, but bring your own food and drink, bring your own cook stoves, bring a dish to share. (Or a bottle of something special) Contributions are appreciated and essential.
• LEAVE NO TRACE. The land was pristine when you showed up; lets all take a moment to pitch in with clean up and leave it how we found it.
• PUT YOUR BUTTS IN CAN!!!!!!!!! Cigarettes must be discarded in designated butt cans. Not in our lawn.
• The gate will be closed after midnight. No inn’s and out's at night. The Beav Siege exercises a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on drunk driving. We have all lost someone to such idiocy so don’t be an idiot.
• No campfires except in the campfire pit.
• Please recycle. Trash and recycling will be labled.
• Please, no hot tubbing before you rinse your feet.
• The Blackwell house is off limits. Porta potties and ice cold outdoor showers will be provided.
NO DOGS!
~Camping space is plenty full but parking is limited so please carpool~
~Children are welcome, a kids zone will be on site with baby sitters available~
PARTY MAY BE CANCELED IF WEATHER CONDITIONS REACH HURRICANE LEVEL.
THE BEAV SIEGE DOES NOT CONDONE AND ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR THE USE AND OR POSESSION OF ILLICIT DRUGS. THIS IS A 21 AND UP EVENT. HAVE I.D. READY AT THE GATE.
