My name is John. I do and have done lots of things in lots of places. I've been a punker, a cowboy, a soldier, a construction worker, a dog trainer, a martial artist, a viking, and a geek among other things. All of these are facets of what I am now.
I am the father of a wonerfull eight year old daughter named Rhiana and an awsome twentyone year old daughter named Kassie. I have two grandsons, Dominic is four and Daison is two and they rock.
I love animals and often prefer there company to that many of the people I know.
I tend to be stand-offish with new people. Fact is I'm kind of shy, especialy with women. I don't let many people close, but once earned my friendship is hard to break.
I love music and there is always a somewhat ecclectic soundtrack to my life.
I like doing out doorsie kinds of things.
I hate rude, phony, shallow people. I tend to be outspoken about it.
I've gotten back into martial arts- this time I'm starting to study krav maga.
I'm not a huge fan of major change though I seem to live in a constant state of it.
When I want to be good at something, I usualy am- this is of course tempered by the fact that I usualy get really disinterested in things I'm not good at quickly.
I love good conversation- I think personal oral discourse is a dying art in this country.
