Fighting Daylight (formarly known as Fall in Line) is a swedish metal/rock band hailing from Umeå, the hometown of notorius bands like Refused, Final Exit and Meshuggah.

But rather then follow the path of there fellow townsmen Fighting Daylight was clear from the begining that they wanted to find their own sound. By mixing influenes from both hardcore, metalcore, death metal, emocore and punkrock their guitardriven sound emerge. The band have stated that their musical influenses includes verius band like In Flames, All that remains, Bullet for my valentine and even rock acts like Paramore and the Anberlin.
