Gabi Jones

Layout by CoolChaserGabi Jones was born in 1980 in the UK seaside resort of Weston-Super-Mare! At the age of 4 she discovered her love of dancing and took up ballet, modern and tap classes. Even though she moved around the UK and overseas during her childhood she continued the classes until she had taken her A-levels and decided to make her dream a reality. At 18 she obtained a place at Doreen Bird College of Performing Arts and moved away from home to study all aspects of the business for 3 years. It was here that she discovered a love for singing after the musical director discovered her talent. Following her graduation from DBC with a performing arts degree, she went immediately into her first role as a lead vocalist with P&O. After 8 months she wished to return to dry land and taught in a local dance school (Julie Adams School Of P A, Bournemouth). Whilst teaching she auditioned for Disneyland Paris as a singer in MICKEY'S SHOWTIME, was accepted and performed there for almost a year and a half in the Videopolis Theatre. Whilst in Disney she met and fell in love with a French man (Ivan Pavlak) and decided to stay in Paris and continue her career in France and Europe. Since 2004, After MKST, Gabi Jones has had the opportunity to work in many different areas of the music business, from backing vocals for a very famous French reality TV show, to lead vocals on dance tracks, to voice overs for MTV, to singing on the sound track to a TV series on TF1, to being in a country and western girl group called The Rodeo Girls (see myspace.com/therodeogirls for details). Gabi Jones has recently joined GOSPEL POUR 100 VOIX. In the last six month she has performed at various venues including Cannes, Zenith de Toulouse and Bercy Paris. For the Future... WATCH THIS SPACE!
