Anything to get my heart pumping, whether it's basketball, tennis/racquetball, horror movies though yet to watch a good one lately, or letting the neighbors angry little chihuahua get OH so close before I make a run for it.
People who aren't sitting and waiting for the world to come to them, but are up and about actively creating a reason for getting up in the morning. People who don't let the limits others set on themselves dictate their own potential to achieve something great. People who don't believe the cosmos should bend to their own finite preconceptions, but allow for the possibilities no matter how absurd they might seem. Those are people I get along with best.
FYI, I don't accept friend requests from people I don't know and have never met. Better off writing me first to see if we click. If I think we have something good to offer each other, I'll "Accept" (and when I do, no need to post a "Thanks for add". I'm not that kinda guy). Not really into making "MySpace Friends"/Penpals, unless you have something profoundly interesting to share. I like having REAL friends, people who I can physically be present with, who I can claim I know and not be embarrassed about (most of the time). There's no satisfaction to be had from seeing my list grow unless it's filled with people I LIKE/Talk to/Hang out with.
Aesop Rock, Talib Kwali, K-Os, Gym Class Heroes, Nappy Roots, Anthony Hamilton, Lupe Fiasco through Gorillaz, Evans Blue, The Alkaline Trio, Karma,
Urban Species, Phantom Planet, Taking Back Sunday and Arctic Monkeys to name a few. But to be totally honest, SILENCE is the best song I've ever heard...
The kid in me can't help but say Spider-Man 1 and 2. 3 was very queer. Terminator 2 is up there along with "V" for Vendetta. But as for the greatest movie of all time? I'll go with Groundhog's Day. The idea of perfecting your life because you've got unlimited time fascinated the hell out of me. Second to that at the moment, "Pay It Forward". I'd love to see people every day carrying out that principle
Only shows that have my full attention are Heroes, LOST, only because I had to find out what all the hype was about, and still have no idea! Battlestar and The Office.
