About Me

{The Scholars} are a quintet from Oxfordshire who formed in 2007. They are currently gigging around the midlands area.

The band have been played on English, USA and Australian Radio.

The demo of 'This Heart's Built To Break' was chosen as 'Track Of The Week' on Myspace Mars Planets Radio by Alex Zane and the band have also been regularly played as part of the 'BBC Introducing' programme on BBC WM, BBC Oxford three times, BBC Bristol and Tom Robinson's Introducting Show on BBC Radio 6 Music three times.

{The Scholars} are fast becoming a band to take note of.

"Astoundingly accomplished trial stroke from local dark-pop youngsters."
