My debut album was the E.P “haAhava Meta†(“Love is deadâ€). Most of the songs were written by Ariel Horovitz, and produced by Arkadi Duchin. The title song was a very big hit in Israel, and won ACUM’s prize for “Best song for year 2001â€.
Next on 2003, I mixed my music – which is folk oriented (my instrument is the acoustic guitar), with the soft electronic touch of the producer Big M. (Meir Amar). The result was my 2nd album “Gan Chorpi†(“Winter Gardenâ€). The title song was my Hebrew translation for Keren Ann’s beautiful French song “Jardin d’hiverâ€.
On March 08 I released my 3rd album “Sug shel varod†(Kind of pink). In this album, the lyrics were written by one of Israel’s most interesting feminine literature voices: the author Lea Aini. Her unique lyrics were a challenge to compose, which I gladly took upon myself this time. The result is the first full album in which I sing my own music.
For this album I chose Hemi Rudner as producer. It was great working with Hemi and we continued to collaborate after that as I was part of his band (acc. guitar & featrued artist) during his last tour.
Nowdays - I'm performing with songs from all 3 albums. Also I'm in a process of working on a show which features Naomi Shemer songs, played uniquly by a great Jazz trio: Rami Harel - Piano, Eitan Itzcowich - Drums & Yorai Oron - Contrabass.
