Georhe 5 was formed sometime in the year 2005 when freelance
vocalist/ actor/ hermit gEORHE met musician John "five"
Skylfie. Their paths crossed only briefly, but they still
managed to come up with a few promising songs
(such as "Gigabythe" and "Diaprojekt"). Just when
the collaboration was about to really ignite, gEORHE abruptly
seemed to have vanished from the face of the earth not to be
heard of until a few years later when he suddenly showed up
at Skylfie's apartment.-----------------Since then the duo has worked together closely to hone their
songwriting and performance skills. Their shows combine
music, theatre, poems and improvisation on all fronts.
When asked about their art they say: "We try not only to
embrace the whole spectrum of art and Being, but to
penetrate it violently and softly, with stiffness and
with graceful fluidity, and above all
we try to act our Bodies."--------Georhe 5 is currently working on its first album, titled
"Firesleep"
