There are three things that I’m in love with and that love me back…My daughter, my pitbull and music. I’ve been looking for a fourth, a special someone that I can love openly, but that one is harder to find. For now, I want to work to support my daughter and to live my dream of playing music for a living.People who know me, know that there is a strong devotion that I hold to music. They understand that being a DJ isn’t something that I throw around to make myself feel like something I’m not, but rather it’s an escape to something that I can be passionate about. I don’t call myself a DJ simply because I have friends that do it. I don’t want the title if I’m not committed to actually living up to the description. I’ve given up a large amount of time to finding the best music out there in the world. I have probably put more effort into knowing good music, then most people exhibit furthering their education in school. What most people may not know is that I put more time and effort into the music that dictates the soundtrack to my life than I do at my real job. If I could take my equipment and throw a one hour set every day at my job, that would make things the greatest ever. Believe me, I’ve thought of asking.I wanted to take this time to thank everyone in my life who has supported my endeavor to be a DJ. I want to thank anyone who has ever asked me to throw a party, and I want to thank those that would come to my old home back in the day when Alex and I would DJ the whole night through. We used to have sororities, fraternities, and people we didn’t even know just stop by with loads of beer just stop by. That’s the kind of person I am. I don’t DJ to make it rich, I do it because I love to see that wave of people move to every beat I pick. I love to see smiles across faces of people I may never know, but who have joined me for a great time. That’s what it’s all about. Thank you all for stopping by. I appreciate it.
