About Me

Playing with Moossa and Gray-v now - check www.moossa.com for date cause my calendar is probably not as up to date as it should be - The Gray-V website is in the works and should be available soonly- Anyways, here be some generals info. Moossa - Wow we played at Floydfest last year - Tada - ............................................................ ...............................................Moossa has generated movie interest and is featured in the Canadian indie film "The Zero Sum". Moossa's song "Dragon's Den" from the album "Get Away" was selected by director Raphael Assaf (I Am My Father) to be a prominent song in the feature film. The move stars Ewen Bremner (Black Hawk Down, Pearl Harbor, Trainspotting), Sarah Strange (White Noise, Jack, Little Women) and David Richmond-Peck (Fantastic Four, Into the West). Via raw talent, effective marketing, realistic perspective, and persistance; this alliance is way beyond trying to be "Rockstars" and play music for a much more meaningful purpose. ............................................................ I have also played with the bands Savage and Brown led by bandleaders Sam Savage and Nate Brown respectfully. These bands also showcase incredible songwriting/arrangments and talant as well. I can only say that I am really lucky to have been involved with each of these projects and they all represent something unique and believable. ........................ The material that you hear are works in progress for my upcoming solo album to be released sometime in 2017. All of the material is original and recorded in home based studios run by Low Blow Music. The studios are run and owned by Dusty-Ray Simmons, Jeremy Simmons, and myself - and guess what; I play with myself in Gray-V with these two bastards. All 3 of us have profiles that you can link to if you look very very hard. As far as my material, think Funkadelic meets, U2, meets Steely Dan, with David Gilmore and John Scofield on guitar and DeAngelo on vocals.... and that may give you an idea. I am performing about 83.4% of what you hear - Any live drums you hear are my man Dusty-Ray Simmonsor Scott Lewis, Jeremy Simmons is on Bass on a couple tracks, and them bytches are sangin some 2 - layered in there real nice and sexy. My brothers Sam Savage and Reggie Pace (Tromboners), Kevin Simpson (Tenor Sax), and Scott Frock & Mark Ingrahm (Trumpet Doods); can also be heard .................................... Without my Grandfather's existence I wouldn't even be, or matter. Without my wife (Gina)'s support and "almost eternal" patience, I wouldn't be able to be myself and enjoy this crazy-ass rollercoaster. And without all of the absolutely wonderful musicians and friends that have surrounded me in my life; My Wad would not be so bulbous and shiny. Thank-You-All Damnit!Myspace Backgrounds
