Just Before Sundown [RIP]

About Me

Just Before Sundown, a phrase which was taken from the Oz Chronicals by L. Frank Baum, is a band from the St. Louis satellite scene. They formed in the summer of 2007 and quickly released a self-recorded 4 song demo in December 2007. This demo called "The Twilight EP" was a rough recording to get music to the fans. After playing their first show on December 27th, 2007, Just Before Sundown had high ambitions to record higher quality songs with more intricate composure. With the beginning of 2008, the band began to have have communication problems. These problems caused the cancellation of two performances, and soon a decision to split.
I know we were only together for a short time, but I know I had a ton of fun doing this. I appreciate everyone that came out to our first (and only, ha) show. I also appreciate all the support of our families in allowing us to make noise for hours at a time. If anyone did not get a CD or t-shirt and would like one, just send me a message and let me know. I will send them out for $5/t-shirt $3/CD. Thanks for everything! -jade!
