Kjell Jansson Quartet har utkommit med 7 st CD. Gruppen har gjort flera radiosändningar och även en TV-inspelning "live" från jazzklubben Nefertiti i Göteborg där nyskriven musik av Kjell presenterades. Kjell tilldelades samma år (01) "Jazzkatten" ett pris som delas ut av Jazzradion P2 till en "Artist som förtjänar mer uppmärksamhet".Vid vissa tillfällen utökas KJELL JANSSON QUARTET med sångerskan ANNIKA SKOGLUND. Detta samarbete har resulterat i CDskivan "Endless" och ett flertal radioprogram."With this driving quartet the musicianship is of the highest level and the compositions are just right; in fact, dispite all the tunes being originals, you could almost swear that you..d heard them before, so natural is their construction.
