About Me

Program Director for 101.5 UMFM (www.umfm.com), and host of Free Range Friday: TGIFR (6:30 - 8 pm). In addition I write for a number of on-line/print publications about music and entertainment news, including The Manitoban (www.umanitoba.ca/manitoban) where I used to be the Arts Revue Editor, and campus-sister-station CKUW's publication Stylus. I host the Killbeat Podcasts (www.killbeatmusic.com for more info) on a bi-weekly/monthly basis and if you have any questions pertaining to the podcast, hit me up at [email protected]. [Believe me! They're coming back soon!]A recovering political science student - I've studied in Canada and Ireland - I have little interest in such a divisive subject these days. I've lived in a few different places over the years, but I am glad to call Winnipeg home.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Pip pop hooray!

I'll admit it right off the top, I'm not exactly living up to my commitment to make this mp3-blog a weekly occurrence. But I've gotten somewhat distracted by the fantastic new blog I'm participating i...

Gone, daddy, gone...

So, I blog about the song, and suddenly it's off the site. I hope this doesn't happen to all my future choices. Well, since the Parliamix of "I'd Rather Dance With You" has been removed from the KoC p...
