Infractor play a blend of metal, melodic death, thrash and hardcore. Heavy yet melodic, Infractor will have you moshing your tits off and singing along in equal measure.
Bio:
When Slag, lead vocalist of Birmingham Prog Metallers H.O.S.T.I.L.E, became increasingly disillusioned and frustrated with his day job and the hideous state of the unsigned music scene, he squatted, heaved and gave birth to the brutal, uncompromising sounds of Infractor. Slag's vision was to create some of his heaviest music to date without dismissing the need for melody altogether. With a determination to avoid the interchangable nature of the riffs of similar bands, this was the result.
Although, on record, Infractor consists of a single individual, the 7 strong gang that bring Infractor to the live environment truly make it a force to be reckoned with! The line up, that boast 3 guitarists, a bassist, drummer, vocalist and vox fx/synth player, are already causing a stir in their local scene! They have recently won a place in the play-offs which has the potential to see them playing this years Bloodstock!
With the recording and mixing of their first album nearing completion, Infractor are now seeking adequate label and management representation to take things to the next level...Watch this space!
