I am here for Friends

About Me

I am Pimpin of the Clan Chahuahua. The Funkopotamus. A cool cat of gigammoth proportions. I am spectastic in ways you cannot fathom, even if you have a ginormous brain with a copious amount of wrinkles. Just ask someone -- anyone. "Who's Tiller?" Their answer? "Oh, that guy. He's better than Chuck Norris and Mr. T combined. Yeah, I said it. Ludiprediculous, I tell you." Seriously. Everyone says that. Word-for-word. It's kind of weird, actually. BUT SO TRUE.

My Interests

Basketball, both playing and watching (especially college -- GO DUKE!). Reading, writing, watching movies and TV shows, listening to music, playing video games, doing absolutely nothing with my friends, hanging out with my niece -- the coolest five year old in the world, making fun of my sister, etc.

I'd like to meet:

You. Yes, YOU. Sitting in front of the computer. I'm bored. Seriously. Why haven't we met yet? I can wow you with my brilliant witticisms -- our repartee will be awe-inspiring. Or we can eat strawberry cheesecake. Whichever.

Music:

Yeah, I'm not going to list everything I like. But I like a lot of pretty much any kind of music. Except modern country. I can get into some old country -- Johnny Cash in particular -- but modern country is blah. Radiohead, Sufjan Stevens, Jack Johnson, The Shins, Franz Ferdinand, The White Stripes, The Darkness, Spoon, Elliott Smith, Iron & Wine, Modest Mouse, My Morning Jacket, Oasis, Oleander, Our Lady Peace, The Pixies, Rufus Wainwright, Jay-Z, Kanye West, Dizzee Rascal, Nas, The Streets, Tenacious D, Stephen Lynch, William Shatner (listen to Has Been before you scoff), Ben Folds... I'll stop there. But there's a lot more.

Movies:

Gladiator, Good Will Hunting, Garden State, the Lord of the Rings movies, Last Samurai, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Lost in Translation, Spider-Man movies, Braveheart, Finding Neverland, Shawshank Redemption, Walk the Line, Batman Begins... A lot of many-a-genre. I love movies.

Television:

LOST~!, Arrested Development, Scrubs, My Name Is Earl, The Office (both US and UK), Family Guy, Simpsons, Futurama, Andy Richter Controls the Universe, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Invasion, Smallville, The Tick (why isn't this on DVD yet?!), most of the stuff on Adult Swim (Venture Bros.!), and it goes on and on and on...

Books:

The Dark Tower series by Stephen King, any book I've read by Kurt Vonnegut, Of Mice and Men, stuff by Neil Gaiman, I'm just starting to get into Neal Stephenson and Terry Pratchett, the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series... So, uh, yeah. I like to read; recommend me a book.
