Even though it was low tide, it was definitely awesome! Had good rights and lefts. It was just a little tough to get out!

Much better today |
The surf was much better today despite the low tide. Got a few good rides. Time to rip the lip!

Small and closed out |
The tide didn't work with me this morning. Got out and found nothing but closeouts. Hopefully the tide will be better tomorrow.

Tide was a little too low in the beginning of the session, but as it filled in there were some really good lefts north of the pier.

Getting comfortable |
Definitely getting more comfortable on the new board. Got a few lefts south of the pier, but nothing fantastic. I feel like my line is too low. I also have to psych myself up by sayi...

Definitely some more size today and a crazy rip current. Got a few rides and I feel like I am much more comfortable on the new board.

Tried out the new board |
Been using the new 6'0" the past few days and it's taking a bit of getting used to. I feel like I am not getting a lot of speed on the wave, but it could also be the wave conditions.
