Hey hEy HEY! As I’m pretty sure you all can read, I’m Maddie Lauer. Your obviously reading this to find out a little more about me :)….Soooo lets see, I grew up in Dublin, Ohio (It would probably be more interesting if I said Dublin Ireland, but oh well) and I have 2 brothers and 2 sister, not to mention my pretty awesome parents who have been supporting me since the beginning. Out of everyone I knew growing up, I was the ONLY person who had a true and special passion for music. Ever since I was Soooo young, I knew that I wanted to sing for the rest of my life. Now, I know that seems a bit cliché, however, don’t underestimate someone when they tell you that. I never do because I know exactly what they are talking about. I say this all the time but, I d rather be broke and homeless and sing for the rest of my life, then be wealthy and not sing ever again. How many people do you know that can say that and mean it?! Huh? huh? :)Even though I’ve been singing since I was about 4ish (in musicals, choirs and millions of talent shows), I truly became involved with my music when I started writing own my lyrics and writing my own songs (around the age of 15). Creating music felt like home to me..still does! All you song writers out there, you know what I mean…haha. I entered myself into an international singing competition in Orlando, Florida called “Talent Rockâ€. I actually happened to stumble across the website for Talent Rock one day after school and I entered my name and telephone number. They called me ten minutes later. Next thing you know, I’m flying to Orlando with my family. It happened to be the best thing I ever stumbled upon in my life. There I met Manny Mijares and the promotion team of Upscale Records. Over the course of a year now we have been working on my album which will release in 2009! Every day my love for making fun sexy and awe-inspiring music grows stronger and stronger. :0) you’ll be seeing me the future world … SO YOU BETTER WATCH OUT!
