EYE OF THE STORM [new music up NOW]

Eye of the Storm (EOTS) is a hard rock band based out of Port Washington, New York who is slowly entering today’s music scene. Originating in 2003 with members Cody Lehrer (guitar) and Jon Hurwitz (Drums) they slowly began to develop talent and passion. In 2004, Justin Volpe was added as the vocalist and guitarist to round out the band. Their first song, Havoc, released in 2005 was the first big step in opening people’s eyes to the music of Eye of the Storm. As the band developes they continued to play shows at the Landmark on Main Street as well as other venues all over Long Island. Bassist, Sam Schildkraut, joining in 2006 added low end the band needed to be complete.

With influences from rock to metal to rap to blues, each member of Eye of the Storm shares a common view of keeping metal alive and spreading around the world. With their melodic leads, ripping vocals, powerful drums, thunderous bass and continuous energy Eye of the Storm is sure to knock you on your ass every time. Steven Hurwitz, manager, and BMTS Records work extremely hard on their behalf to make everything they have done possible. Eye of The Storm continues to book shows all over Long Island and have just currently released their EP demo CD consisting of three heart stopping tracks [Tainted Souls, Walls, Deception] which can be bought below.
