Currently i am studying for my Personal Trainer Certification. With life throwing curveballs at me from left and right, I've gotten a little off track, but never out of focus from my dreams!!! In between daily life responsibilities I teach Spin, Group Fitness (step) classes, and working on teaching Belly Dancing and African Dance. I am also working on a cookbook that i would love to have done before the end of 2008! Any advise on self-publising would really help a sista out!!!
