Eric Redding has created his own unique version of a music department at Alaska Pacific University, where he is a full-time faculty member. He teaches private lessons on piano, guitar, voice, drums, woodwinds, bass, and pretty much whatever instrument anyone wants to learn, as well as directs the University Ensemble, which is a 2-credit rock band class. As an avid gigger in the alaskan music scene, he performs on solo piano, in jazz duo/trio formats, and has created a jazz/funk/pop electric trio, Eric Redding Band (E.R.B.), in which he plays keyboards and is the lead singer, composer, and arranger.
