Influences: Mela Koteluk jest wokalistką i piosenko pisarką, w repertuarze której muzyka z tekstem występują w równej proporcji . Piosenki Meli poruszają się w różnych obszarach muzyki z pogranicza popu, jazzu, lirycznej piosenki z tekstem. Obecnie wraz z towarzyszącym zespołem Mela przygotowuje autorski materiał do pierwszego albumu. Dotychczas doceniana w wielu przedsięwzięciach medialnych oraz sytuacjach muzyczno- słownych, miedzy innymi Konkurs na Interpretacje Piosenek Agnieszki Osieckiej „Pamiętajmy o Osieckiej”, Ogólnopolskiego Festiwalu Sztuki Słowa “Czy to jest kochanie?”, Ogólnopolskie Spotkania Zamkowe "Śpiewajmy Poezje", FAMA- Festiwal Artystyczny Młodzieży Akademickiej, program rozrywkowy “Droga do gwiazd”. Obecnie towarzyszy między innymi zespołowi Gabrieli Kulki w charakterze chórzystki. Gościnnie występowała w licznych projektach, współpracując z osobowościami polskiej sceny muzycznej.
Sounds Like: Mela Koteluk is a singer and songwriter. The lyrics and music in her songs are equal in importance being treated with the same care. It is difficult to define her compositions, Mela herself states „when my creative work is finished the music doesn’t belong to me it belongs to whoever is listening, the listener gives their own definition“. Mela has participated and has gained subsequent recognition performing in such musical events as Agnieszka Osiecka Song Intrepretation Contest, The Art of Word Festival, FAMA – The Artistic Festival of Student Youth. She also took part in the television competition „A Road To The Stars“. Mela has collaborated with several artists from the Polish music scene. Currently Mela and her band are making preperations to release her first album on which you will find the beautiful acoustic sounds and lyrical expression.
