I was born in Brooklyn N.Y., studied voice for about 2 years. I did not sing professionally until many years later.The music I sing is Jazz, Blues, Old Standards and Klezmer. Klezmer music is European Jewish music which has Russian, Gypsy, Middle Eastern and American influences in it - depending on where the musicians lived.
