*Most recently, anything from Takeshi Miike and Kim Ki-duk - I like Indie and foreign films, esp. Korean, Japanese, European. A handful of my favorites are Roma, Amracord, The Virgin Suicides, The Constant Gardener, Miyazaki Films, Beau Travail, Xiu Xiu the Sent Down Girl, Audition, Oldboy, Brasco, The Bird People of China, The Last Picture Show, The Woman in the Dunes, A Friend like Harry, Taxi Driver, Manhatten, The Third Man, Run Lola Run, Burnt By the Sun, Swing Kids, Oldboy, Sympathy for Lady Vengeance, A Tale of Two Sisters, Schindler's List, 8 1/2, Annie Hall, City Lights, Modern Times, Manhattan, Shane, Night of the Hunter, Wild Strawberries, Trainspotting, The Virgin Spring, The Sound of Music, The Man with the Movie Camera, Das Boot, Psycho, Vertigo, Touch of Evil, Gaslight, The Lady from Shanghai, Citizen Kane, Picnic at Hanging Rock, 7 Samurai, Rashomon, Shadow of a Doubt, Rope, The 400 Blows, Jules and Jim, Sunset Boulevard, Double Indemnity, The Piano, Snatch, 2001, Raise the Red Lantern, My Sassy Girl, Feathers in the Wind, The Shinning, The Talented Mr. Ripley; anything by Alfred Hitchcock, Orsen Welles, Federico Fellini, Woody Allen, Ingmar Bergman, Akira Kurasawa, Park Chanwook, and Francois Truffaut.... I like a lot of the classics probably as much as I do anything contemporary. Basically I'll watch anything if it looks good regardless of when it was made. I enjoy foreign films and dramas mostly, but it also depends on the film and the mood I'm in. I love watching movies though it's been a while since I've seen one that's really captured my thoughts. ..src=http://www.jamesbowman.net/images/publications/photos/ 1428/xiuxiu.jpg..src=http://www.sloreactor.com/forum/uploads /post-708-1114724834.jpg ..src=http://www.treccani.it/iteronline/interventi/zoom/torn atore/zoom/fellini.jpg ..src=http://www.elkablog.blogger.com.br/oldboy.jpg ..
