My myspace page is a tribute to my favorite French painter, William Adolphe Bouguereau (1825-1905). I have always been fond of his paintings, especially his work during the 1890's. His paintings are so ethereal and an art critic once said, "He captures the soul of the youth".
"Not Too Much To Carry"(1895)
"Just a Taste" (1895)
"Before The Bath" (1900)
"Daisies (1894)"

I have already met him. My husband is very passionate about life and it shows in everything he does. He is a very strong man with a gentle spirit, and his integrity and fortitude is what attracted me in the first place. I love the way he loves me. Not only do I love him, I admire him.
"The moment you have in your heart this extraordinary thing called love and feel the depth, the delight, the ecstasy of it, you will discover that for you the world is transformed."--JIDDU

"God help the patient". LORD MANSFIELD (1867-1915, British Artist/Author)
"Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall, but those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint."
Isaiah 40:28–31 NKJV
The following, are just a few images that make me smile.
"Laughter is day, and sobriety is night; a smile is the twilight that hovers gently between both, more bewitching than either"--HENRY WARD BEECHER, 1813-1877.
If you haven't guessed by now, I love famous quotes, I could read them all day long. I have so many favorites. Some more of my favorite quotes...
"There's no ceiling on effort!" HARVEY C. FRUEHAF
"To educate a man in mind and not in morals is to educate a menace to society". THEODORE ROOSELVELT (1858-1919
"Dignity consists not in possessing honors, but in the consciousness that we deserve them." -ARISTOTLE
"In the arena of human life the honours and rewards fall to those who show their good qualities".-ARISTOTLE
"Regard your good name as the richest jewel you can possibly be possessed of - for credit is like fire; when once you have kindled it you may easily preserve it, but if you once extinguish it, you will find it an arduous task to rekindle it again. The way to gain a good reputation is to endeavor to be what you desire to appear."-SOCRATES

Thank you for viewing my page and with that, I will leave you with this quote...
"The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing. One cannot help but be in awe when he contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvelous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery everyday. Never lose a holy curiosity."--ALBERT EINSTEIN
