I am a cook, but I wasn't always in this profession, I was really in the music bizz for quite a while, playing ( Drums mainly...) composing and producing in Mexico and the U.S.I got in the Culinary Arts in 2004... studying in Mexico City (ambrosia), San Sebastian, Spain and now in Lyon France.I have worked in italian restaurants, as well as seafood. I have done interships in two 3 star michelin Restaurants... Paul Bocuse (lyon) and Pedro Subijana (Akelarre) in Sanse.I speak spanish, english, french and some italiano...My near furure proyects involve returning to spain and then off to The French Laundry.
