It all began in college. A chance meeting in Music school spawned that which would be remembered as good times and bad music. Maybe the music wasn't that bad, but those were different times. Thankfully, growth happens. Since that time and over several years, many miles have been driven in a Ford van eventually destined to burn up as a raging inferno, a Chevy Blazer with no A/C and scarcely the HP to get out of its own way (much less tow a loaded trailer), rentals and other assorted vehicles. Kyle has spent the last several years of his life playing locally and across the southeast. Somewhere along the way, there was time for writing, playing, singing, living, learning and growing. Despite it all, because of it all, and happy to have survived some of it, Kyle continues to do what he loves to do.
Having released a number of albums, but never content, writing continues for the next project. Passionate, energetic and sensitive are things that come to mind when speaking of the music. Whether playing solo, fronting a band or leading worship Kyle brings a unique, soulful sensibility to the music he is involved in. The next few years hold great promise as he continues to grow and play wherever the Lord and the music lead him.
In the Kyle Carden Band, Kyle is joined by the powerhouse rhythm section of drummer Thomas Bell, and bassist Adam Williams, as well as acoustic guitar player Michael Moore. Their blend of rock and soul gives them a unique voice. KCB has led students around the southeast in worship over the last few years and look forward to the ministry the Lord has for them in the future..
