Nemanja Indjic A.K.A DJ DOOBIE A.K.A DJ MAGIC HANDZ was born on September 2nd, 1982 and raized in beautiful city of Belgrade, Serbia. Sortly after gettin' enrolled into the grade 1 elementary schol he began listening and feeling hip hop and rap music. He grew up listening to major ol' skool buttaz like Run D.M.C (JMJ REST IN PEACE), LL KOOL J, BRAND NUBIAN, PUBLIC ENEMY, BLACK MOON, HERBIE HANCOCK, GRAND MASTER FLASH & THE FURIOUS FIVE,THE 2 LIVE CREW, GHETTO BOYZ, SCARFACE, WU TANG CLAN, and many many more dope ol' skool hip hop and rap artists. At the age of 13 he entered the DJ game. He started DJ-ing at the local house parties and school dances. Just shortly after that he got a job at the CLUB 54 in Belgrade spinnin' Disco, Funk, Hip Hop & club music where he was introduced to the real Technics 1200 MK2's turntables for the first time. As a kid he used to spin his grandparents and his parents old records on the old ancient gramophone. After being so amazed with the shape and the sound of the vinyl records he became more and more interested about the whole dj thing. WHen he graduated from grade 8, junior high school he made a decisioun to move to Calgary, Alberta, Canada to live with his Father. SHortly after getting there he started buying his first records and his first realistic mixer from radio shack and a toshiba beltdrive turntable which he basically learned how to scratch on. Not longer after that he got his first set of Tech 12'z and a dope ass Technics 1200 DMC CHAMPIONSHIP mixer. He then began developing a serious skill on the 1's and 2's. Few years later he started doing local hip hop shows with local hip hop artist and DJ's. He scratched on many artists albums and produced a lot of beats for his friends projects. He wanted to go and compete in the DMC one year but he just decided to stay underground and not go for FAME because he had nothing to prove. He played and scratched alongside with DJ CRAZE, DJ KLEVER, DJ SPINNACILYN, SMALLTOWN DJ's, MAT THE ALIEN, DJ FAT PAT, DJ SAHARA ROCK, etc. He's been collecting all kinds of vinyl records since 1993 : hip hop, disco, rare groove, funk, drum 'n' bass, house, etc. MAD SHOUT OUT TO ALL THE PEOPLE THAT SUPPORTED ME AND MY MUSIC THRU OUT DA YEARS.
