Born and raised in North Carolina...Jay Breeze has been raised to love music since he was a child. From blues,jazz, and oldies..to rock and roll, hiphop, and the funk...Music is a way of life to Jay Breeze and his motto is "Life is as real as it gets". Playing a six string fender acoustic and a four string bass for most of his musical time of intrest, He decided to get his first set of turntables,records, and mixer... "And here I am" he says..."next was the mac, midi controllers, production equipment and attending International Academy of Design and Technology for a sound engineering degree", which he his still aquiring... He loves "seeing the music move people" and he feels that "anything is possible within the realistic realm..."Remembering all the concerts he has attended in his life... "I can't even count how many" he says..."There is nothing like a concert or a show like ultra, or even better, seeing someone phenomenal like Junkie XL for example in a smaller area like a club...The energy!!! It's very aliberating to know that music still touches people with so many different gendres coming out everyday...Music has been with all of us since the beginning of time and it is loved worldwide...It motivates me to live to the fullest and strive to become a legendary artist..."
