About Me
Refreshing Fountains Outreach Ministry Church of God in Christ was started in October 1988 in the home of Melvin and Vivian Burton. Lovingly known as "the basement", Refreshing Fountain Outreach Ministries Mission was revealed to Pastor Melvin Burton in 1975. God had given him two scriptures to build this foundation on: Acts 3:19 "Repent ye therefore and be converted, that your sins my be blotted out. When the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord", and Revelations 14:7, "Fear God and give glory to Him for the hour of His judgement is come, and worship Him that made heaven and earth and the sea, and the fountains of water."
