Zhenya Stankov was born in Moscow and became keen on electronic music at the time when the club underground appeared in Russia. Having started with collecting techno records, Zhenya made his first public DJ performance in 1995. Since then he performed in many clubs and cafes, carried out sound for fashion shows, became resident with non-commercial radio 'Substation 69-26'. After completion of his higher education Zhenya changed an architect's career for the careless way of life. He compiled a small analogous studio at home, started experiments on sound and earned his living with DJ-ing. Zhenya challenged himself as a sound producer on TV and recorded sound for MTV-Russia commercials. During the last 1.5 years Zhenya managed music policy of "Majorel Garden" underground DJ-cafe, supported Fridays minimalistic parties "Illusion noises" and released collection of the same name.
