Although my first love is music in all its various forms (rock, metal, bluze, jazz, classical), I've also dedicated myself to being a journalist having worked and continuing to work in various mediums (print, radio and television broadcasting). I produced a number of radio and television shows through the years that have garnered me a little bit of notoriety. One of my favorite pasttimes was producing and hosting a weekly 7 hour extreme metal radio program out of Vancouver's Co-operative Radio station called SHOCKWAVE. I produced that gem for 8+ years until just prior to moving back to Winnipeg, Manitoba, (to be with my childhood sweetie) where I'm currently looking for a venue where I'll be able to inject some of that fine metal into the skulls of the legions on the central plains.
A former single parent whose adult son has left the nest and struck out on his own to create his own family. Also the father of two younger gentlemen who were absconded and abducted by their mother to regions unknown. I hope to find them one day, while the search continues...
