ZOETIC is a local band based in the Englewood area with several unique features to seperate us from other local bands such as...four different lead vocalists(all of which who play an instrument)..a keyboard player that can actually play(instead of single note back-round tones)...and a drive that shows thru as more than a weekend hobby. Having played some of the local venues such as Bandito's, Portside,Chubby'z(1&2), The Loony Bin,Melon's, Junior's, Coyote's, Platinum, Gatorz, Bosco's, Gotham Hall, the Indigo Room, Green Diamond Pub, Redfish Grille,Ziggy's, Benedetto's, Reef & Beef, Spurs & Spokes(we're still looking for a bar called Duck & Run), Joe Cracker's, Boomer's,Scorz,Rockstarz, as well as several festivals and benefits at The Bean Depot, the Oasis, Run-A-Muck ABATE rally,Northport City Hall Grand Opening,Harley Davidson PC bikewash, Hooter's Cinco de Mayo Bikini Contest, Charlotte County Stadium Redfish baseball opener, the Harley/Charlie benefit with Rick Derringer, Edgar Winter, and Grand Funk Railroad, winner of the regions '07 Battle of the Bands landing a spot opening for Bad Company, a couple parties,a few weddings and too many memorials, we have reinforced our ability to rock a variety of crowds instead of just our freinds. We are now starting to incorporate originals into the show as we move on to the next step from local bar band alcohol peddlers to regional artists. With the added bonus of radio support for some of the originals we are able to advertise our shows more effectively. We,of course, have our own P.A. and are pretty self sufficient.
