About Me

Tom Kay is a musician from the UK. Born in Hull to a musical family. He started playing guitar when he was 6 and started gigging with his guitar teacher at his showcases. Since then Tom has played many shows with various bands or on his own. At the age of 12 he wrote his first song and has been writing songs ever since. In 2007 he became involved with the promo label called Black Bull Records. The people at the promo label do not get paid any money and neither does Tom but they give him the chance to get his music heard all over the world. Tom's music has been recieved well in Austrailia. In 2008 Tom was asked to support Jason Feddy on one of the dates on his UK tour. He also formed his band Introspective in August of the same year. In 2009 Tom was asked again to support Jason Feddy in Feddy's hometown of Harrogate. Tom has just released his first E.P called 'Inspiration' which is an album containing some recordings of the covers Tom plays live and contains 3 tracks recorded live from the blues bar in Harrogate. Tom is currently writing songs for his 2nd E.P called 'Clarity' which will contain all original songs. Tom hopes to finish the album as quickly as possible but does not want to rush it but claims it should be finished by the end of the year.
