To tell the tale of one of Hollywood's most glorious untold stories, one would need to look back to the sweltering summer of 1978. Born to world August 9th, the young diva known as Isis began her whirlwind climb into world with eyes wide open. A sense of fashion and a keen ear for music would come natural. Both her Mother, a working class diva with a party streak; and her Father, a rolling stone with pimp in every step he took, would often have friends and family over, having a young Isis dance to entertain the crowd. Sounds of late 70's-80's Funk, R&B, and Blues would fill the backyard, introducing Isis to an early lesson in just what defined the word 'rhythm'.At the age of 16, Isis would leave the city of Angels and California behind, arriving in Reno, Nevada for school. It would be here that the real Isis would learn just who and what she was, along with just what the world had in store. After surviving the rugged template of Reno, Isis then returned two years later to Los Angeles, where she would meet up and coming singer/songwriter Nathan Island, then working for Pop Icon Janet Jackson. The two would form a long lasting friendship, and through association, would then come into contact with a young Michael Jackson Impersonator and budding music Producer, Edward Moss. The three would work closely over the next few years; both Isis and Nathan danced and sang background for Edward. Learning choreography for Jackson's hits "Remember The Time" and "Ghost" would mark a landscape of technical training for a young Isis, and be to date some of her best work. But it was during these sessions that everyone took notice that this young diva had a voice and image of her own, and would urge her to move in the direction of a solo career.Isis would move forward, taking the stage for the first time on her own at a small venue in Hollywood. Working the stage like never before, this would mark the moment that the young Isis took notice to just what power she had as an entertainer. Soon, she was booking shows throughout the L.A. basin, performing with stage veterans like Jazzmun, Viva, and Raja, to name a few. At the prestigious nightclub 7969, formally known as Peanuts, Isis would soon be running her own shows. "Janet Jackson-An Evening To Remember" was one of the first events thrown by the fast-growing popular young miss, casting top names such as Destiny, Adrenaline, and even top star Jazzmun to pay tribute. After a long run, Isis took a moment to herself, taking a break and bringing focus to her personal life. It would be during this time that Isis would find she had a knack for writing lyrics and with the help of now friend Edward Moss, would embark on a new journey for the young star; music. Bringing in best friend Nathan Island to help with the process, the trio would write songs like "Close", and other hits. Soon after, Isis and Eddie would collaborate and create the song "Out of Control" and "Goddess". Shortly after moving to Palm Springs, CA, Isis would take the stage again, claiming the title "Hot Chick" and packing party houses in the desert city. Together, Eddie and Isis would work closely on music, constantly inspiring the young performer to raise the bar each time. When Palm Springs top magazine editor took notice of Isis, he instantly insisted she participate in their annual pageant, where she would take the title Ms. Talk Magazine Pride 2009, showing the world just where that tiara truly belonged. Now on hiatus, the diva is in the works locating new management and a possible record deal. She'll be soon returning to Palm Springs participating in a new concept show produced by none other than Edward Moss.**NI
