I'm Kathy- Kat- Kath- Katdog ;) whatever you want to call me(within reason)
I'm 26 now...crazy...like time just flew by so fast.It's wierd Sometimes it still feels like I'm 21, or should be and sometimes I feel so old...
I married a Marine, what a funny thing...my dad used to tell me never to bring home a jar-head because all they did was drink and get into barfights...hahaha I married the 1st one I met!!! I moved to "Crackson-ville" NC, in 2001 and in 2003 we moved to Cali where I am now.
Jared and I have been married for 6 years now...and a long 6 years it has been. I love him with all of my heart...No one thought that we would make it this far...We fight everyday to keep our love alive and make us work...no matter what has happened we keep going on...
We have 2 wonderful kids...we had Ash in 2003 and Jake in 2006. They are amazing little creatures. They drive me crazy like no one else on this earth and at the same time make me fall to pieces with each little hug and kiss. I feel so blessed to be their mother.
I love my friends~ My friend Kelly is such an amazing person...She helps me balance my emotions...Lets me talk her ear off until I figure out whatever it is thats stumping me...She has been there through every up and down for the past almost 4 years...Merci!~I ♥ ya girl!
Lynda,Andrea,Tiff,Amy,Carissa,Sabra,Jess,Suzette,my new friend Sam...all of my wonderful friends I met through Jareds time in the USMC or through the Marine Wives at Camp Lejuene...The bond created is so strong that the years we are apart feel just like a few weeks...I am so greatfull for all of you...For all of the memories...through births,war,lonely holidays,sleepless nights with the telephone under your pillow, float,parties,field Ops.,Balls,BBQ's,mandatory family fun days that were oh SO fun LOL homecomings,meltdowns,through everything, you hold a special place in my heart...
To my friends in Cali...Steph-you are one of the only reasons I have made it through the last 3 years here...jared should thankyou everyday;)
Lis- You are a hero to me...The way that you live your life is inspirational...if everyone could have just an ounce of your courage and love, the world would be such a better place... I am so grateful for the crazy way that we met...I am blessed to have you and your beautiful daughter in my life...
My Mom,Dad,Sister and little Brother mean the world to me.We are so close and there is no way to describe my love for them...They are the reason I am the strong and caring person I am. They truly love unconditionaly...I love my family!
I am an honest person...I dont like to lie to people...not only does it hurt others it eats you alive...can't say that I've never lied though, I am human...
I like to be with people who are positive influences in my life...others I try to seperate myself from... I truly believe you can tell alot about a person by who they chose to be their friends.
I admit,I make mistakes...all of the time...some big some small
I like to think of myself as a laidback person...but recently I was informed that I am "uptight" so I'm working on that. hahaha I love to have fun...Im very sarcastic and I love people who have a sense of humor...I laugh at myself alot...I always say something that has my foot in my mouth no matter how hard I try...I think with my heart mostly and not my head,which a lot of the time tends to backfire...
I believe in old fashioned values...love your family,God and country :) treat people the way you want to be treated...hold the door for people,say Excuse me,Please,Thankyou and You're welcome. Put out what you want to get back...

*I love talking on the phone(even though my neck is paying the price-reminds me- I need a headset haha)
*I always feel so good when My house is cleaned and organized- I feel out of control when its messy-I go into meltdown mode haha
*I like to watch movies and share notes with my friend Lis ;)
*I love music~ it helps me get out my emotions~I wouldnt last one day without it
*I love to shop-sounds so cliche.. but really...I get that high everytime I buy something...even if its milk LOL Im easy to please I guess
