Q: What happens when I purchase a premade design?
A: After payment has been processed, the design you purchase will no longer be for sale. The design will then be modified with your band's name. After your band approves the mockup image, a high-resolution JPEG of the design will be sent an email address you specify. Other file formats are available upon request.
Q: How do we pay you?
A: My preferred method of payment is through PayPal. It's safe, free and easy to set up. Through PayPal you can pay by debit / credit card, e-Check or bank transfer. However, I can also accept money orders and in some instances, cash. When paying through PayPal, please send payment to "[email protected]". Thanks!
Q: We like the design but can we change the colors?
A: Sure! I can modify most designs within reason.
