A worldly individual growing up in former Yugoslavia. My home was Sarajevo where I spent many years training in a clasical music setting (Piano with music theory, solffeggio, Musicology) and many other wonderful subjects that teaches you how to play staring at the music sheet rather then simply improvise. I realized that being constrained by academic guidelines I felt compelled to expand on my talents and interests and begin to experiment with music through other medias, which included radio, tv and film.Sarajevo Musical History: - Music High School: Timpani with percussions, Piano, Harmony, Contrapoint, History of Westeren European Music, Orchestration etc... - Music Academy: Musicology and Ethnomusicology - JRT (Yugoslav Radio Television) Reviewed concerts Interviewed musicians and media personalities Presented programmes including live broadcasts.In 1992 the war began in Sarajevo so I left and began a new life in London. A different culture and a different world, the only familiarity being my musicality.I studied further at Goldsmiths, New Cross, London, exploring Music Technology, Ethnomusicology, Composition and 20th Century Music. At Deep Studio, W10, London I studied Music Engineering.My eclectic background has given me the opportunity to work in various roles, such as; Sound and Music Editor and Supervisor as well as Composer and Song Writer on feature films/documentaries including: - Is My Colour Blue?
